Stair only HIIT workout! Grab some stairs and let’s get after it. It’s 30 minutes long. Kid friendly #momlife and just an overall great workout to move your body. Keeping sanity and thinking about mental health is so important. Hope you are all doing ok ♥️ . . There’s 15 exercises. I show modifications. Repeated twice with 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest. Of course you can accommodate this to fit your needs. Do 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest or 50 seconds on 10 sec rest or if you’re really feeling it, minimal rest between each exercise and go for the entire minute! 🙌🏽 . . . .
